Center for Asia Leadership Launches Three Books for Aspiring Change Agents

The Center for Asia Leadership (CAL), an initiative in collaboration with the Jeffrey Cheah Foundation, launched three books, namely Next Generation Leadership: Empowering Youth to Shape the Future of Asia, Leaders in Development: Enhancing Your Leadership Effectiveness in a Changing World and Rethinking Asia 3: Political and Social Change on May 3, 2017 at Sunway University.

Asia Leadership Conference 2017 Equips Students with 21st Century Skills

Close to 1,000 high school, college and university students from all over Malaysia attended the Asia Leadership Conference (ALC) 2017 which was held on January 14, 2017 at Sunway University. The one-day conference was organised by the Asia Leadership Trek and the Sunway Education Group, overseen by the Center for Asia Leadership and the Asia Leadership Institute, and supported by the Jeffrey Cheah Foundation.

Center for Asia Leadership Launches Three Publications for Future Leaders

The Center for Asia Leadership (CAL) today launched three books, “Entrepreneurship and Economic Development in Asia”, “Finding the Leaders in Us: New Goals for Success”, and “Redefining Success: Learning to Lead for Change” in tandem with the establishment of its Asian regional office in Malaysia. The launch was held at Sunway University.

CAL is supported in part by the Harvard University Asia Center, and seeks to address public needs and problems in Asia through research, development, training, and publication initiatives in the areas of public service, political and social leadership, and education in Asia.
